One of the most frequently asked questions that we receive almost every day from our publishers is: how can i get paid?

In order to clarify every doubt and to guide our publishers in the payment process, we have created a video tutorial that will explain step by step how to request a payment.

Please remember that payment is not automatic. You need to submit a request in your MobPartner account to receive your money.

The most important things to remember connected to payments are:

  • NET30: You will be paid 30 days after the date you request your payment. Only after 30 days of your requested payment will you be allowed to submit a new request.
  • PAYPAL/MONEYBOOKERS: Minimum payment 50$, Maximum payment 500$.
  • BANK WIRE: Minimum payment 500$. The bank account owner needs to have matching name and surname from your account or the payment will not be made.
  • COMPANIES: If you are a company you need to upload the invoice corresponding to the payment request.

How to obtain your payment in simple steps:

1. Go to “My Account” and insert your personal details in “My Profile”. Specify if you are an individual or a company.

2. Insert your “Payment Details”. We suggest you add at least a PayPal or MoneyBookers  account for payments between 50$ and 500$ and a Bank account for payments above 500$.

3. To request a payment select your preferred account  (PayPal / MoneyBookers / Bank account) and in which currency  you want to be paid (EUR or USD).

4. If you are a company you need to upload the invoice corresponding to your request. Our billing info is the following:

Legal name: MobPartner SAS

VAT Number: FR 76484374533
