Earlier this week MobPartner’s US General Manager, Aurelie Guerrieri, provided a solo presentation discussing the impact of mobile on in-store sales at the 7th Annual Open Mobile Summit in San Francisco. The two-day affair held on November 10-11, aimed to bring together B2C brands and companies to share and explore how to optimize their product experience through mobile technology.

Guerrieri addressed the growing relationship between mobile and in-store purchases, which is projected to drive $689 billion in in-store sales by 2016. With a focus on the changing consumer behavior, which has fueled the collision between physical and digital, she also highlighted how this is creating a new retail revolution.

Attendees to her session gained insight into ways to measure mobile’s effect on in-store retail sales, how to continue to this momentum as well as increase number of these mobile-led sales over time.
